DELIVERY AND EXCHANGES

Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.

In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders of Rs 250, no matter how big or small your package is.

In Karachi, we ship through our in-house service and can offer delivery within 2 business days. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.

For nationwide delivery, we use several courier services. The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.

For international deliveries you will need to contact us on havendrafragrances@gmail.com and we can respond with shipping costs based on your destination.

Refund Policy

  • We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it.
  • Our return and exchange policy extends for 14 days from the date of order delivery.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
  • All refund and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
  • In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will bear all delivery charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you're not satisfied with a product, you may return or exchange it by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0348-0295929.
  • The return and exchange window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
  • Processing time for returns and exchanges is 3 to 5 working days.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers must bear delivery charges for exchanges.
  • In case of damage or leakage, we will cover all delivery charges.
  • No return or exchange on sale items and perfume testers. These items are non-returnable.

Returns Policy

Havendra will fully refund (credit voucher) or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered, items can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original condition
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase / order information must be included

How You Can Return An Item

Take pictures of the damaged or faulty items.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
